Really good stay. Near metro

great value friendly staff

I was impressed with this excellent location! friendly staff members were always available and the in-house spa provided an excellent massage. The location was near many restaurants and the metro station, made getting around simple. I appreciated the great value.

I found the parking area to be a disaster, I had issues with security . The cleaner could not find a remote, and I was charged 100aed. I paid in a rush, and no price list was declared with me before I paid.

Our two-bedroom apartment had a well-equipped kitchen. It included a washing machine I used for laundry and a baby's meals. The separate living area offered ample space, and I found the beds to be comfortable after long days.

Breakfast included a generous selection of foods. I liked that the restaurant staff were helpful. Dhruv thakur was the chef, and Sital, Gokul, and Phebe were other staff members I found attentive.

I used the swimming pool with jacuzzi. It was clean. The in-house spa with elena was excellent, I enjoyed the massage there. The gym featured standard equipment for a basic workout routine, and I was able to maintain my fitness.

sewage smell stiff center

the corridor near my room had a bad sewage smell. the double bed was two single beds pushed together with a stiff center. toiletries were missing from the room. the steam room also was not hot enough.

my room smelled like summer heat and lacked proper ventilation. the air conditioning was not sufficient, even when set to 20 degrees. i left soon after arriving because i have sinus and sensitive lungs. the corridors also need better air purification.
